We will use and/or disclose your personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy, or for other purposes for which we will obtain your express consent prior to such use and/or disclosure.

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Milton Transitional Housing Corp. (“we” or “us”).

These Terms of Use state the terms and conditions under which you may access and use any this website or any other website which we make available to you (each a “Website”). By accessing and using a Website, you are indicating your acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you must not access or use a Website.

1.2 These Terms of Use may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time each time you access a Website you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use then in effect.

2.1 We offer on our Website specific information for viewing or downloading.

2.2 We may stop the operation of our Website in full or in part at any time. Due to the nature of the internet and computer systems, we cannot accept any liability for the continuous availability of the Website.

3.1 Some pages of the Website may be password protected. In the interest of safety and security of the business transactions, only registered Users may access said pages. We reserve the right to deny registration to any User. We particularly reserve the right to make certain Website content, which were previously freely accessible, subject to registration.
